Two contrasting weekends for Lanzarote just gone …. firstly two games against Sutton CC from Surrey resulted in two very disappointing and heavy defeats aided hugely by an inability to knuckle down and bat sensibly.
Lessons learnt the following weekend saw two victories against Beehive CC from Wiltshire where solid batting and two unbeaten home centuries saw Lanzarote win comfortably both times.
A huge thanks to both touring teams who were great sets of lads and to all the organisers of the tours, hopefully we will see you back here next year !!!
