Spanish cricket is going from strength to strength with another successful Junior Academy with 3 wins out of 3 against some strong school opposition from the UK. This was backed up by a Spain Select Academy winning both their games as well against two strong UK schools (Westminster School and Ellesmere College) A huge thanks to Mark Perman for working so hard with this young group of players.
Over the years a lot of hard work as gone in to Spanish Junior Cricket, and if it wasn’t the support received from various coaches and parents at our clubs this wouldn’t be possible, so a big thanks to you all, and to Cricket Espana who helped fund this development program.
It was also good to see the older group showing their talent as well and a chance for our youngsters to see what’s possible if they give that commitment to their cricket. Another proud day for Spanish Cricket.
