Match four of the Cataluyna Junior League was a clash between Sant Andreu and Badalona Shaheen and it was Sant Andreu who came away with the points.
Batting first Sant Andreu batted first and were all out for 121 in the 19th over. Shazad, Hamad and Jawad were the three batsman to enter double figures for Andreu with Hamad top scoring with 35.
Hamza took three wickets for Badalona at a slightly expensive rate, in a spell that included six wides. In reply Shaheen looked to be coasting to victory but an horrendous batting collapse that saw the last five batsmen all score ducks handing Sant Andreu the game.
Shaheen were finally all out for 117, just five runs shy of victory. Hamza rounded off a good day for himself personally by taking three wickets for Andreu. With this victory Andreu share second spot with Shaheen in the league table. Friends XI remain top with a 100% record whilst Cataluyna are still searching for their first points of the season after all four teams have played two games.
