MINHAJ MAKE IT FIVE OUT OF FIVE
Minhaj made it five wins out of five at the expense of Barcelona to continue their march towards the Cataluyna play off stages.
Batting first, they made 151 all out from 23.4 off their 25 scheduled overs. Openers Awais and Muharran put o 60 for the first wicket and a cameo innings by Amir towards the final overs ensured a challenging target for Barcelona to chase.
Most of the Barcelona batsman got a start to their innings but none of them could turn it into a substantial score, and they finally went down by 28 runs, with all the Minhaj bowlers being along the wickets.
Minhaj are now firmly at the top of Division B with 5 wins out of 5 and look almost certain to be one of the teams competing in the Cataluyna phase of the play offs for a chance to take on teams from the other regions of Spain later in the year.
