Fancy a trip to La Manga, in April 2015, to play some cricket and raise money for a good cause. Look no further than the Madrid Solidarity Charity Tournament scheduled for April 2015.
As well as cricket there is a lacrosse and netball competition planned with all the competitors getting together in the evening for the social functions that Madrid Cricket Club are arranging.

Below is a letter from Jon with further information on the event..
“ Its that time of year again when the T20 tournament is available to book. As per always it is a strictly “first come first served” basis.
This coming year we don’t have the annoyance of Easter to worry about so the tournament will return to its usual weekend which this year falls on the dates of the 16th – 20th April 2015.
Venue – La Manga Club Resort – Dates 16th-20th April 2015 Price 305 Euros per person based on two sharing. Price includes four nights in the 4 star apartment/townhouses of Los Lomas Villages, lunch on the three days play. The welcome dinner on the Friday with wine and soft drinks included. The evening meal at the presentation ceremony on the Sunday evening (with wine, beers and soft drinks included) The spa entry is also included in the package which has the indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym,etc. Other services such as entry to the Jacuzzi area, massages etc can be obtained at discounted rates.
We will be running our Madrid CC bar cafe and hope to be serving new products such as pancakes and hot dogs. The netball tournament will also be returning with new teams taking part and there is a possiblity of a lacrosse tournament on the pitch next to the netball and cricket.
