MADRID V TRISKELL TAVERNERS (LEAGUE)

The second game in the Madrid Regional League, went the way of the first, with victory for Madrid over Triskill Taverners. 

Taverners batted first and scored 156 all out. Opener Simon top scored with 43 to make up the bulk of the Taverners score. For Madrid, Sunil had the best bowling figures, finishing with three for 23 from his six over spell.

In reply, Madrid tracked down the score with relative ease after the initial scare of losing their two openers with just 17 on the scoreboard. Sumon hit a cracking 84 not out and he was well supported by Galileo (36 not out) to give Madrid maximum points and an eight wicket victory.

Madrid 157 for 2 (20 points) beat Triskell Taverners 156 all out (4 points)
