MADRID SECONDS TO STRONG FOR MOJACAR
Madrid seconds got back to winning ways with a strong performance and conincing victory over Mojacar CC
Madrid batted first and scored 109 all out. A fine 35 from Larkins was the highlight for the batting side whilst Joss Bancroft took 3 for 14 from 8 economical overs
In reply Madrid knocked off the runs with 10.2 overs and 4 wickets to spare. S Awan scored 32 to add to his 3 wicket bowling haul to put him in contention for the man of the match award.
Madrid left La Manga with a welcome 17 points whilst Mojacar took just 5 and are still awaiting that elusive first league win for the season.
