Last weekend Cricket Espana held its first ever ICC Europe Level One Scorers Course in Madrid. Eleven candidates took part in the one day course that was held at the Hyland Language Centre in Calle Serrano.
ICC Europe tutor Ray Hoyler travelled from the UK to conduct the course and students from as far away as Cataluyna and Ibiza took part in the intensive days training.
The scorers course is the second ICC Europe accredited course for officials this year, in the beginning of March a ICC Level One Umpires Course was held in Barcelona.
