Despite the unavailability of the usual Montjuic and Julia Campany grounds, Junior cricket continued last weekend with a healthy turn out at two temporary venues.
The boys and girls trained separately. The boys utilized a a small basketball pitch near Rambla Raval called Pista Negra, whilst the girls used the school premises at Concell de Cent.
Another well known venue is being considered for future training sessions, where portable nets and a bowling machine can be used. Negotiations to use the venue are ongoing to use frequently on fixed hours.
Well done to all the girls, boys and coaches in Barcelona for their continued efforts to promote Junior cricket in the region.
