The annual international Over 40’s Quadrangular tournament was, like so many events, postponed last year, But in 2021 its back and its once more going to be hosted by Cricket España, at the La Manga Resort.
This fun but competitive tournament starts on Monday the 17th October and finishes with the last matches being played on Friday 22nd October.
Teams from Spain, Denmark, Holland and the UK will once more do battle, playing each other in a 45 over and T20 competition. Before the last tournament, in Neston (UK) España were the holders of both the 45 over and T20 crowns, and on home soil this year, will be determined to be double winners once more.
The cricket as you can imagine, is very competitive but played in a very sporting and entertaining way, it’s not just about the playing cricket, but also about making many good international friends in this ever growing cricket family. Throughout the weeks proceedings there are many social functions for all the players, wives and supporters to enjoy and get together, making this a truly memorable event.
