Two matches took place last weekend in the Girona Premier League.
The first match was between Garrotxa CC against Girona CC and it was Girona who won the contest by 25 runs.
Garrotxa won the toss and elected to field. In their twenty overs Girona hit 140 runs with Vinod amassing 73 of them. In reply, Garrotxa were all out for 115 runs. Vinod also starred with the ball for Girona bagging four wickets.
In match two New Target beat Vic Stallions by six wickets. After winning the toss the Stallions decided to bat and scored 142 from their over allocation.
New Target chased down the runs inside fourteen overs for the loss of only four wickets. Bil Singh top scored with 71, and he was ably supported by Rahul, who ended the match on 30 not out.
