Garrotxa made it two wins out of two in the Girona Premier League by beating Gracia CC by 22 runs in a rain affected match last weekend.
Batting first Garrotxa posted a score of 170 for 3 from their twenty overs allocation. Jatinder top scored with 57 and Kuldeep added 37 runs to the total, remaining unbeaten at the end of the innings. For Gracia Surinder (2 for 32) and Parmajit (one for 24) were among the wickets.
In reply Gracia were 65 for 3 when rain stopped play. Unfortunately, the teams were unable to play out the game so under the Duckworth-Lewis system Garrotxa were declared the winners by 22 runs.
Garrotxa (2 points) beat Gracia (0 points) by 22 runs.
