TORREVIEJA CRICKET CLUB TO HOLD AUCTION DINNER
Newly formed Torrevieja Cricket Club are to hold a fund raising auction dinner to help provide their new team with playing kit for the forthcoming season.
The auction dinner will be held on Saturday 24th April at Bar Marina, Calle Las Dalias, Torretta 2 starting at 8pm and qualified chef Ben Essuah will be providing a fine selection of Carribean food to complement the event.
After the dinner the auction will commence with two size 4 unmarked cricket bats hand signed by the England legend Sir Ian Botham being the main items.
In return Torrevieja intend to raise funds for Sir Ian´s leukaemia trust throughout the season.
