LCA’s International T/20 Cricket Tournament 2012

The first LCA International T/20 cricket tournament will involve 6 teams on a first come first serve basis. Each team will play 3 matches in 3 days with trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, plus trophies for best bowler and best batsmen as well as player of the tournament.
The format will be 2 groups of 3 teams, round robin, these matches will take place on Friday and Saturday with the finals on Sunday.
There will be three matches on each day the first of which will start at 09.30 going on until 17.00 each of the 3 days of the tournament.
The Finals day on Sunday will see the 1st placed team in each group play each other in the final, with the 2 second placed teams playing off for 3rd place and the 2 third placed teams playing a consolation match to avoid the wooden spoon!!
