Yesterday saw the return to action with a packed day of three T20 matches were played out at the cartama oval.
With 24 players making up a Crusaders and Vikings XI for Costa del Sol CC over the course of the day, Malaga CC were also in attendance with a strong side squad of their own.
Malaga CC played very well and won both their games with a hard fought match between the two Costa sides to follow which went to the last over with the Crusaders needing 12 off it, but fell short after some brilliant death bowling from the young Jaime Riley.
This week sees a full weekend with 2 days of club matches with BBQ and Beers to officially celebrate the restart of what promises to be a busy schedule of local and touring teams set to play at the ground over the coming 9 months..
