The bottom of the table clash between the winless Cataluyna Tigers and Bangladesh CC went the way of the Tigers in a one sided game.
The Tigers won the toss and elected to bat first and for once their batting fired on all cylinders, finally posting a score of 180 for 9 from their allocated overs. Samar was in brutal form, smoking 64 runs from just 54 bals and he was well supported by Adeel and Aamir who scored 27 and 18 respectively.
Moyez did take three wickets for his side but at the expense of 37 runs from his four overs. The Bangladesh batting card was a sorry sight as not one of their batsmen reached double figures and if it had not been for the 23 extras it would have looked even more woeful.
Only 31 of their 54 runs came from the bat and consequently there were some spectacular bowling figures for the Tigers. Asif had two wickets for four runs, Adeel two for five and Tahir two for six as the Tigers posted a resounding 126 run victory and leapfrog over Bangladesh off the bottom of the table.
Cataluyna Tigers 180 for 9 beat Bangladesh 54 all out by 126 runs.
