Raval Sporting and Bengali CC headed into the contest knowing that one of them would get their first points of the season and get their first win on the scoreboard.
The honours went to Raval Sporting who won the game by 18 runs. Raval batted first and produced a score of 79 all out in the eighteenth over. Afshan was in cracking form for Bengali taking six wickets for just 19 runs.
Despite the low score they had to chase Bengali fell short thanks to a great all round performance from the Raval Sporting bowling attack. Numan took four wickets for eight runs and Bittu bagged three wickets for just one run.
Abdullah was the only player to make a decent score in the Bengali team total of 61. He managed to notch 28 of their runs in a defiant effort, that unfortunately poroved to be a losing cause.
