Coming into the ultimate game of the Junior League season Cataluyna CC already knew they would be crowned champions. The only question was would they go through the season unbeaten. The answer was a resounding yes as the easily disposed of the threat posed by Raval Sporting.
Raval Sporting batted first and scored 110 for 5 from their over allocation. Bitto top scored with 24 for his side.
The score proved too low as Cataluyna surpassed the small total with eight wickets to spare. The opening partnership set the platform with a solid start and although both the first two batsmen did not last until the end of the innings the pair had done enough to ensure the fifth straight victory for their team.
Second place went to Sant Andreu with Girona Warriors in third. Early pacesetters finished in fourth spot with Raval Sporting ahead of Bengali courtesy of their single victory of the bottom club.
