The Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, El Concell y and FEEB celebrateds International Day of Solidarity against Islamophobia in Barcelona on 12th december 2019.
To celebrate this day Barcelona municipal office organized some cricket events in different venue of Barcelona during the month of December.
The first activity was a female cricket match in the Institute of Concell de Cent of the city of Poble Sec of Barcelona. Three teams from Concell de Cent, Raval and Trinitat Vella area geot together in the venue at 15:30hrs on 12th December. A total 30 girls participated in a triangular tournament. All this teams are part of the project “Cricket Jove Barcelona”.
The second day of this event was celebrated on the 14th of December at 10.00 hours in the Esport complex of Trinitat Vella, where three boys teams participated in a triangular tournament. Teams from Concell de Cent, Trinitat and Bon Pastor participated in the tournament. Again there was around 30 boys played in the event.
The third day of this event will take place on the 17th of December at 170.00 hours at the Institute Puigverd of Trinitat, between teams from Trintat Vella, Besos and Raval in a triangular tournament.
