CRICKET ESPANA LEAGUE REVIEW
Part two of the Cricket Espana league season review concentrates on statistics from games and various facts and figures of interest from this years campaign.
First up are the results from the three mainland leagues, followed by a list of the top performances throughout the year, including centurians, most economical scorers and the best collective score for each respective league.
A special mention should go to the top batting and bowling performances of the season. Tariq Ali,s form with the bat earned him a call up to the Spanish National squad and his 226 for Alcorcon against Sporting Alfas II was the only double century in the league this season.
In the bowling department this years honours go to M Chandramani, who had the fantastic figures of 8 overs, 2 maidens 7 wickets for 34 runs for Madrid in a match against Mojacar at La Manga in the begining of October.
