CORDOBA CLAIM THE POINTS FROM MALAGA
Cordoba claimed 17 points from Malaga after their opponents were unable to fulfill the fixture in accordance with the league rules. As a result of not playing the game Malaga were deducted 10 points and have finished bottom of the Southern League.
Either Cordoba or Combined Colleges can now win the league, with the final game being played on September 19th in Malaga, Boh teams will go to the final play off finals in La Manga in October irrespective of the result , but the winers of the league will on paper have an easier passage to the final, by playing the runners up from either the Costa Blana or Cataluyna leagues.
