THE COMMITMENTS BEAT THE DRAGONS BY 95 RUNS
The Commitments kept up their winning run by beating the Dragons by 95 runs in the latest Lanzarote league match. The Commitments posted 224 in their innings with half centuries from Darren Hawkens and David Liebandt.
In reply the Dragons scored 129. The heart of their innings was ripped out by a double wicket maiden by Paul Stenson who finished with 3 for 23, and by Ashton Bruinetes who also took 3 wickets, at a cost of only 34 runs.
