The City council of the district of Sant Andreu, Barcelona rewarded the Cricket Catalan for their efforts of promotion of cricket to the Catalan schools in the fourteenth edition of the Night of Sports, a project that the Sant andreu club realized jointly with the Catalan Cricket Federation.
The event took place on Friday 17th of October in the installations of Emblematica Factory of Creation Fabra and Coats of Barcelona. The shield of honor received by Mr. Robert Masih Nahar, vice-president of the Catalan Federation of Cricket, Marta Marzal, president of Saint Andreu CC.
Mr.Adnan Malik along with other officials and cricket players also were presented in the act, later the Catalan federation thanked the authorities for their support and the recognitions of the great efforts done by cricket Catalan to promote cricket into the Catalan schools.
