CATALUYNA CONTINUE PROMISING START
Cataluyna CC continued their winning ways with a convincing 5 wicket victory over Bengali. In a low scoring match. Bengali CC’s batted first and inched towards 101/9 from their allocated 25 overs. Riaz of Bengali was the mainstream of the innings scoring an impressive 43 runs.
In return, Catalunya CC started badly when former Sporting Alfas opener Shafique Ali was out in the first over without troubling the scorer. Nisar steadied the ship and contributed a timely 29 runs to ensure the Cataluyna side got the points and another win under their belts.
