BARCELONA CC V CORDELLA
Barcelona CC won their latest match against Cornella CC. The victory moved Barcelona up the Cataluyna B Division and firmly rooted Cornella at the bottom of the table.
Tahit hit 40 for Cornella, who batted first, and their final total was 130 all out off 22.4 overs. In reply Barcelona had a few scares but finished up winning the game with 2 wickets and several overs to spare.
Naeem 32 was the highlight of the Barca innings, but the Cornella cause was not helped by giving away 30 extras when trying to defend a relatively small margin.
Both teams next playu in June, Barcelona play Falco on the 13th of June and Cornella entertain Falco two weeks later.
