Alcorcon quickly demolished the Intellectuals at the Woodbridge Oval on Sunday with a comprehensive 353 run victory. Batting first the Madrid based club posted 395 for 4, with notable batting performances from Abdul Razzaq (128) and Qaiser Ali Awan (104).

In reply the Intellectuals were skittled out for a meagre 42 runs.Usama Zahid took 5 wickets for 5 runs off 6 overs to do the most damage, but he was ably supported by Naveed Mohammad who finished with 3 for 20 off 4 overs.

Alcorcon scored 20 points, Intellectuals 2 points..
