ALCORCON WIN CAPITAL CITY BATTLE WITH MADRID

Sundays game at La Manga matched Alcorcon with Madrid. Alcorcon won both games to put themselves in a good position in the table.

However, all the other major Alcorcon batsman got into double figures, leaving them with a final score of 151 for 6.

In reply Madrid were 116 all out in the 18th over. Only Healey and Langhans reached double figures as Madrid´s batting crumbled not for the first time this season. All the Alcorcon bowlers returned respectable figures as the won out worthy winners by 35 runs
